In August 2025, RSWM Limited published its first Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024–25, marking a significant milestone under the RSWM 2.0 transformation journey. The Report, titled Reflect – Restore – Reshape, integrates financial and non-financial disclosures to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive and transparent view of performance and direction.
In his message, Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala, said:
“This Report reflects not only our performance but also our purpose. As we restore clarity and reshape our strategies, RSWM 2.0 provides the discipline and direction to build long-term value.”
Adding perspective, Joint Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Gupta, said:

The Report highlights the theme of growth mindset and renewed purpose, underlining how RSWM is adapting to global challenges, strengthening resilience, and linking its business model with responsible practices.
Key milestones from FY25 include:
- Revenue of ₹4,825 crore, including exports of ₹1,518 crore.
- Operational resilience with improved performance in the second half.
- Sustainability initiatives, including recycled fibre, zero liquid discharge policy, and energy efficiency projects.
- Human capital development, emphasising leadership and workforce engagement.
By adopting the integrated reporting framework, RSWM aligns with international standards of disclosure, embedding accountability and transparency in its communication.
