Born in 1979, he stepped into leadership with clarity: ideas matter, but implementation decides everything. Nearly two decades in marketing and strategy. New product lines. Global markets. Pushing RSWM toward sharper execution and stronger customer relationships. The foundation was manpower, technology, and disciplined action.
He sees technology as the future. He invests in it. He believes empowering people creates long-term strength. Under his leadership, RSWM diversified, innovated, earned recognition for high export performance and sustainable solutions in textiles.
Now, under RSWM 2.0, he’s driving the next phase forward. His mantra is clear: ACT. ACT. ACT. Agility. Innovation. Sustainable growth.
There’s something about the way he asks questions. The kind that makes you think harder. The kind that opens a door you hadn’t seen before. He listens. He probes. And somewhere in that conversation, he sees what you couldn’t. A possibility. A gap. A better way forward. The curiosity is real. And it spreads.

He’s shaped by what he absorbs. The show Designated Survivor serves as his leadership masterclass. His own words: “Every episode is a lesson in decision-making, stepping into higher responsibility, handling crises and the commitment to any job with honesty, dignity and respect. But acting fast.” He watched it. Thought about it. Let it change how he operates. Always learning. Always trying.
In 2019, he launched the Jawahar Foundation, continuing a legacy inherited from his grandfather, L.N. Jhunjhunwala. Healthcare. Education. Rural development. Work that builds communities quietly, steadily, purposefully. Giving back flows naturally from who he is.
Away from work, he finds his reset, cricket, tennis, a good book, music that clears the mind. Small rituals that keep him sharp.
