RSWM Limited, part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, unveiled the COCICA–RAPIDD Values and Competency Framework at its Head Office, Noida, on January 29-30, 2026, with a detailed orientation workshop for HO employees. The Core Team along with the Mr Naresh Sharma, Head (IT), who is the Champion for HO, introduced the initiative to define organizational values, strengthen leadership behavior, and create a shared cultural language across functions and locations.
The rollout begins in February 2026, with orientation sessions led by Corporate HR to ensure adoption. Ms. Ashu Sharma, AVP (HR) will oversee cascading across locations, supported by Mr. Manoj Kumar Bansal, Chief Transformation Officer & Chief Risk Officer, as Overall Champion and a network of location‑wise champions.
The framework is aimed at embedding values, execution discipline, and leadership practices across RSWM, reinforcing its focus on culture and long‑term organizational strength.
