In mid – July, Independent Directors of RSWM recently visited the company’s key manufacturing facilities at Banswara and Mordi.
The delegation included Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Mr. Surya Kant Gupta, Mr. Suman Jyoti Khaitan, Mr. Sunil Dharamvir Dhawan, and Mr. Thomas Varghese, with Smt. Archana Kapoor joining virtually.
The visit was part of RSWM’s Independent Directors’ Familiarisation Program, designed to give them direct exposure to operations, processes, and strategy under the RSWM 2.0 journey.
The visit included a walkthrough of the new cotton spinning factory at Banswara and the denim and knitting plants at Mordi.
During the visit, directors reviewed group policies and met functional leaders across finance, HR, technology, and quality. They also discussed market focus, product development, and risk management.
