RSWM 2.0: Embedding Values and Competencies

So, what does this actually look like for you?

It comes down to two clear parts: COCICA and RAPIDD.

First, we have COCICA. These are our core values: the anchors for our culture. We are focusing on being customer-centric and taking full ownership of our results. We are encouraging everyone to have the courage to speak up, the integrity to stay honest, and the spirit of collaboration to work as one team. Above all, we maintain the agility to move fast whenever the market shifts.

Then there is RAPIDD. These are the practical skills that make those values work in the real world. We are prioritizing result orientation, fast problem-solving, clear decision-making, and digital fluency. These are the habits that turn a “value” into a real business outcome.

What’s happening this month? The January launch was just the start. Now, in February, we are taking this framework to every plant. Corporate HR and our local “Champions” are visiting every site to hold interactive sessions. These meetings help every team member understand how to apply these values to their specific daily tasks.

When we align our culture with our business goals, we create a workplace built on trust and excellence. This is how we keep RSWM stable for the long term and keep our global partners confident in our work.
