As part of the RSWM 2.0 transformation journey, the “Passion for Excellence” training programme has begun at RSWM plants. The initiative aims to improve speed, safety, and quality by strengthening supervisor skills and team collaboration.
Recent sessions were held at Chatta and Ringas, led by Dr. B.P. Gupta with support from the HR team. Through reflection and action learning, the programme is designed to help teams identify challenges, find practical solutions, and work more effectively together.
The programme will continue across other plants in the coming months. Each session adds practical learning and builds consistency in how teams approach daily work.
