Marketing Conclave Charts Next Steps

RSWM Limited hosted its first Marketing Conclave on 10–11 July 2025 in Noida sharpening focus on customers, quality, and profitability.
The two-day event brought together 60+ executives, managers, CMOs, and senior leaders from across the company.

Objective: Align marketing priorities with the company’s growth agenda under RSWM 2.0.

Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala’s address set the tone with a clear call:


“RSWM must become number one in every dimension →
Innovation. Quality. Product Development. Pricing.


This four-pillar challenge outlined how RSWM will compete and lead across markets.

Sessions focused on customer focus, product quality, and profitability. Leaders emphasized the importance of identifying the right customer segments, strengthening product design, and innovating to meet evolving needs.

The guiding message: “Position well, then push ahead.”

Teams also discussed ways to improve the sales cycle by distributing demand more evenly across the month, helping operations run more smoothly and efficiently.

Synergy was a recurring theme.
Mr Rajeev Gupta, JMD said: “If 21,000 people take one step together, we move 21,000 steps ahead. That’s the synergy we are talking about → moving forward together.”

Guest speakers reinforced this mindset:

  • Mr. Thomas Varghese, Independent Director: Marketing is value creation, ensuring the right products reach the right customers at the right margins.
  • Dr. G.P. Rao: Resilience, ethics, and teamwork must be everyday practices.

Participants also engaged in breakout discussions, sharing regional insights and connecting them with product innovations.
These sessions generated practical campaign ideas and strategies aligned with market opportunities.

Call to action: All participants were asked to share three key learnings and three changes in their way of working, to be reviewed next quarter.

The conclave closed with unity, clarity, and purpose.
