From Compliance to Commitment: How RSWM Embeds ESG Into Operations

RSWM 2.0 enters its next phase.

In September 2025, RSWM Limited released its Sustainability Report for FY 2024–25, marking another milestone under the RSWM 2.0 transformation. The Report underlines how efficiency, growth, and responsibility are integrated across operations, with clear disclosure against environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.

“This Report is not just a compliance document,” said Joint Managing Director Rajeev Gupta. “It reflects how RSWM is innovating responsibly, scaling renewable energy, recycling resources, and building resilience for long-term value.”

The company aims to raise green energy share from 33% to 45%, transition all boilers to biofuel within FY25, and expand PET recycling capacity from 122 to 130 tones per day.

Social Investment — ₹1.77 crores in health, education, and livelihoods
Governance Oversight — 96.2% Board attendance
Ethical Compliance — 0 cases of corruption or anti-competitive practices
