NPD Conclave 2025: Building for the Future
RSWM hosted its New Product Development Conclave on 22 September 2025 at its Kharigram plant. The event brought together teams across Knits, Denim, Mélange Yarn Business (MYB), Cotton Yarn Business (CYB), and Synthetic Yarn Business (SYB) divisions.
The day-long session featured insights from Joint Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Gupta and Chief Transformation Officer, Mr Manoj Kumar Bansal, on building an innovation-led organisation. Presentations from technology partners LMW and Vortex highlighted advancements in fibre technology and product development.
Focused discussions on performance, profitability, and next-generation initiatives for the coming years affirmed RSWM’s commitment to sustainable innovation and industry leadership.
