RSWM’s Melange unit won a Silver Medal at the 11th India Green Manufacturing Challenge (IGMC) following an on-site assessment conducted by the International Research Institute for Manufacturing (IRIM) in 2025.
The assessment covered manufacturing performance, resource efficiency, process management, and environmental practices at the unit. IRIM’s evaluation team conducted a structured review of systems, processes, and shop-floor operations as part of the benchmarking exercise.
IGMC is a national platform that evaluates manufacturing units across industries using a standardised and audited framework. The Silver Medal reflects the Melange unit’s performance in implementing operational improvements and strengthening process discipline. For RSWM, the recognition highlights unit-level progress in aligning manufacturing practices with efficiency and sustainability goals.
